EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe Jaen pulls from grassland to create a clean and chic design. This home rests in the heart of the Sant Gervasi-Galvany neighborhood. Known for its traditional charm, this neighborhood boasts an array of artisanal shops, local eats, and cozy residential streets. With so much to see and so much to do, make sure you have the perfect home to come back to. Jaen offers comfort and style within its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a double bed with windows that look onto the balcony. There is plenty of space and an ensuite bathroom, allowing guests to move around the room. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and is nicely decorated with greens and dried plant photos to represent the grassland theme. The separate bathroom is chic in design and has a walk in shower. The living room includes a full entertainment system and a table that seats four. The space leads out to the balcony, providing natural light and outdoor living space. The wooden theme throughout the living space ties it together. The modern kitchen, which is fully equipped, has plenty of space to cook a meal to be enjoyed on the balcony or from the living room. If working remotely, guests can utilize the office space. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
