We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe This 96 square meters unique property showcases the beauty of Lisboan architecture paired with unique grassland design. This home stakes a claim in the Arroios district of Lisbon. Renowned for its multiculturalism and reflected in a delectably global selection of restaurants and bars that can be found throughout the neighborhood. When the day is finished, come home to Cambil for absolute indulgence. Cambil offers comfort and style within their 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Of the 3 bedrooms, guests will find 3 queen-sized beds. The first bedroom is cozy with plenty of light. Besides it is a detached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms, down the hallway lined with dried plants, have ensuite bathrooms and doors that lead out to the terrace, perfect for sitting under the shade and getting some fresh air. One of the bedrooms also has a dedicated workstation to ensure you don’t miss a beat. The open plan living room and kitchen area is bathed in light from the windows looking out onto the street. The living room has a full entertainment system and many plants and abstract patterns, bringing the grassland theme to life. The circular rustic table can comfortably seat six, or guests can choose to eat quickly while sitting at the kitchen counter. The modern kitchen is fully kitted out and decorated stylishly. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please, note that this apartment does not allow pets. *Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
