With 137 square meters of living space, Cardet provides the perfect setting for your stay in the heart of the city. Featuring 2 spacious double bedrooms, both boasting comfortable queen-size beds, and 1 of them including a dedicated workstation, our apartment is ideal for both business and leisure travelers. You'll also enjoy the convenience of 2 modern bathrooms with bathtubs, including 1 ensuite, providing you with the ultimate in privacy and comfort. Stay cool and comfortable throughout your stay with air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring that you'll always feel refreshed and relaxed. And with a doorman, gym, and pool, you'll have everything you need to stay fit and healthy during your visit. Our apartment's charming mountain theme adds a touch of style and sophistication to your stay, creating the perfect ambiance for rest and relaxation. The living room features a full entertainment system, a dedicated workstation, and a dining table, providing the perfect setting for both work and leisure. And the kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals at home. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
