We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Located in the bustling district of Arroios in Lisbon, the Brulle apartment offers a premium stay in the heart of the city. Friendly and peaceful, yet filled with trendy and happening restaurants and bars, Arroios has it all. After exploring the beautiful streets of Lisbon, come home to experience beautiful mountain design. Spread across 81 square meters, this apartment boasts 2 beautifully designed double bedrooms with queen-size beds, each with its own private balcony for a picturesque view of the cityscape. Both bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms for maximum comfort and privacy. The third half bathroom sits in the hallway, providing ample space for all guests. The living room is elegantly furnished with a dining table and a dedicated workstation, making it a perfect spot for remote work or simply relaxing. The beautiful wooden furniture pieces contrasting with the dark metals bring the mountain theme to life. The balcony off the living room is an excellent place to unwind with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the stunning city views. The fully furnished kitchen is designed with marble counters and has a window opening to the living room, making it easy to socialize while cooking up a storm. Guests can also take advantage of the fantastic amenities on offer, such as the pool and gym, making this apartment a perfect retreat for relaxation and wellness. For guests with vehicles, a parking spot is available, and disabled access is provided to make everyone feel welcome. The doorman is always available to assist with any requests or queries during your stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
