Additional Charges: Unauthorized late check-out: €90. If we detect any cigarette odor post-stay: €450. Please note that two sets of keys will be provided for your stay. Misplaced keys? If they're left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the key type. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Do not leave keys on the door or inside. Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions. Please note that construction works are currently underway on the street in front of the building for an indefinite period. We would like to emphasize that we are not responsible for these works and will not accept any complaints regarding this matter. Internet Etiquette: Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation. Paris 2024 Olympic Games Bookings: For those joining us for the Olympics, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation. We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age.
