Construction Notice: Ongoing construction works on the street in front of the building. We are not responsible for these works and will not accept complaints regarding this matter. Internet Etiquette: Usage: Avoid unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Temporary Unavailability: The internet connection is currently unavailable until April 12. Efforts are being made to re-establish the connection. Any malfunctions from telecom operators are not our responsibility and will not lead to compensation. Professional Usage & Photography: Restrictions: No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Age Requirement: Minimum Age: The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult meeting the required age.
