Deposit Requirement: A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted. Additional Charges: Unauthorized late check-out: €90. Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€. Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys?
