Please note that baby linen is not supplied. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior and may incur applicable charges. Deposit Requirement: A €250 deposit is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. The refund is processed within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted. Additional Charges: Unauthorized late check-out: €90. Cigarette smell post-stay: €450. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Do not leave keys on the door or inside. Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit. Please note that there is currently façade renovation work being carried out on the building. These works are beyond our control and we are not responsible for this situation. Consequently, no requests for compensation or refunds will be accepted for any inconvenience caused. Internet Access: Avoid using Internet access for the unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted content. Browsing websites prohibited by French and European legislation is forbidden. Any Internet malfunctions caused by telecommunications providers are not our responsibility and will not give rise to compensation. Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under 23 will only be allowed to enter if accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement.
