Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a pleasant stay in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions within walking distance. → Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms, a suite with 1 double bed, a bedroom with 1 double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. All with air conditioning. → Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower. → Living/Dining room The large living room has a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a spacious and comfortable sofa and a dining table for 6 people. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). *Washing machine temporarily unavailable. Additional Information: → Late Check-In/Check-Out: Extra fee of €25. → "Self-catered" property: Basic items are provided as a courtesy upon arrival, with no replacements. → Bed linen and towels are provided based on the confirmed guest count. → Extra cleaning or linen changes require 24h notice and an additional fee. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Guests are responsible for the keys. Avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. Costs for damage or technical assistance to open doors will be charged to the guest and penalty for key loss. → The property has noise monitoring sensors that measure decibel levels only, ensuring privacy with no cameras or sound recording, for everyone’s comfort. → Please keep in mind that Portuguese authorities require full passport details for all guests. Portuguese citizens or company bookings must provide a tax ID number. → Monthly consumptions are included up to 150€. → Tourist Municipal Tax (TMT) is charged according to the law. (EN) > The security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. The security deposit is returned within 14 days of the check-out date. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 60 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. > CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN If you check out before the agreed date, no refund will be processed. – (PT) > O depósito de segurança deve ser pago até 7 dias antes do check-in.
