ITA Politiche di Cancellazione 📅 Prima del check-in: Una volta che la prenotazione è stata accettata dal proprietario, non è previsto alcun rimborso in caso di cancellazione da parte dell’inquilino prima del check-in. 🏠 Dopo il check-in: La disdetta anticipata è consentita solo in presenza di gravi motivi previsti dalla legge e deve essere comunicata con un preavviso minimo di 6 mesi. IMPORTANTE I contratti hanno una durata standard di un anno, salvo rare eccezioni. L’inizio del contratto è previsto generalmente il 1° o il 15 del mese. I pagamenti vengono effettuati a cadenza trimestrale o bimestrale, mentre la modalità mensile è prevista solo in casi eccezionali.
