Just outside the building, you can find any kind of public transportation: the apartment there are many bus stops and also the tram stop. In the neighborhood you can find any kind of store: supermarkets, banks, restaurants, a wide gym, the KFC and much more. The prince of the SUITE with double bed and armchair it's 360. (ROOM D) Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes: -All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating) - All the expenses for the condominium - Unlimited Internet Wi-FI - Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works - An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need The lease contracts are individual. NO AGENCY FEES. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must: ✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract ✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract ✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration ⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. 🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
