The location is nice— you'll be a short walk from a Metro station, as well as plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops to enjoy. Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills of 140€ every month. At the end of your stay, we will check utility bills and in case of excessive consumption we will deduct it from the deposit.
