I am named after a crater on the Moon discovered by the French astronomer Bernard Ferdinand Lyot (Latitude: 71°N, 58.2°S Longitude: 132°W, 152°E). The latter also gave his name to the largest optical telescope in France! I am a contemporary and rustic residence, I was born in 1930, in Lyon 3rd. Only a few minutes from the La Part-Dieu train station and 20 minutes from the city center, I am very accessible by the T3 tramway (3 min walk) and the D metro (Grange-Blanche stop). I am large: 337m2, enough to accommodate the full and exciting lives of 17 happy tenants. My plan for your enjoyment? Two living rooms, two kitchens, dining rooms but also a large garden to share! All in a warm and friendly atmosphere. And because one can want to share a rent but not his intimacy, I offer to each one its night space with shared or private bathroom. Who says better ?
