Relax with the whole family at this colorful and lively place to stay, in a very convenient residential neighborhood in the city center (the tram stop is 50 meters away). Giusi is designed for 4/5 people: it has two bedrooms (one double and one with a king size 140x200 cm), a large living room with a sofa bed (king size 140/200 cm), bathroom, kitchenette, and long terrace. It is perfect for both tourism and work, thanks to its spaces and fast internet connection.

The space
Once you enter Giusi, you will immediately be picked up by the warm and cozy colors of the apartment, furnished in a modern style, to which some original pieces of furniture from the time of construction (the 70s) has been intentionally added.

The entrance connects the living area with the sleeping area. The living area consists of a habitable kitchen, complete with everything we think you need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and cups. Some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, detergents are always available. The table in the kitchen is perfect for breakfasts, lunches and dinners as a couple, in full intimacy in the same place where the meal is prepared.

As a separate room, the spacious and bright living room with TV and sofa - which once opened can serve as a bed for two (140x200 cm) -.

The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a high 2 closet and a dresser. There is also a desk to use the room as a studio, perfect for working on the computer.

The second bedroom has one king size bed (140x200), two small dressers and another small desk.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet. In the bathroom you will find towels, hair dryer, soap, shower foam and shampoo always at your disposal (in an amount enough for a day or two, in time to go shopping).

In the hallway of the sleeping area you will find another large closet available to guests, but also extra pillows and blankets. You can find the clothesline here.

In the entrance, in the living area, there is another small closet with broom, vacuum cleaner, tongs and cleaning material. Other cleaning material is located in the kitchen.
Also at the entrance and in the living room you will find flyers, maps and tourist brochures, as well as information about the restaurants in the area and the house manual.

From the living room, kitchen and master bedroom you can access the large terrace, where you can hang your clothes, smoke (the only place where it is allowed), have a coffee or a refreshing drink, enjoying the tranquility of the greenery. If you're lucky, you might even see one of the squirrels that live in the neighborhood.

Giusi has a nice condominium garden, but you'll see that everyone in the Guizza neighborhood has several green spaces and small parks. Beware of mosquitoes, especially in the summer: to protect you, we have installed mosquito tents (not all windows): use them with care.
All windows have roller blinds that allow you to get full darkness in the rooms. Be careful because they are original, they work well but they are like old ladies, and as such they should be treated: calmly and gently :)

Giusi is equipped with air conditioning: one split is in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The second small room doesn't have Air Conditioning, but it can be refreshed by leaving the bedroom door open and using the fan available. Remember that summers in Veneto can be warm and humid: we recommend keeping windows and blinds closed during the hottest hours and as long as it beats over the sun for a more comfortable indoor temperature.

As soon as you enter Roby Wood you will be welcomed by the warmth of wood, like an enchanted forest within the 16th-century walls of Padova. The apartment, located in the attic, consists of bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and work space with desk, kitchen. Roby Wood is convenient to most universities at the University of Padova, hospitals, perfect for both tourism and work, thanks to its tranquility and fast internet connection.

The space
As soon as you enter Roby Wood you will find the kitchen on the left, complete with everything we think you need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and cups. Some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, detergents are always available. The table in the kitchen is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in full intimacy in the same place where the meal is prepared. In the kitchen you can also find the washer-dryer, brooms and other cleaning material, in addition to the clothesline and ironing board.

On the right you find the bedroom (mattress 160x190 cm) with a series of cupboards and drawers where you will also find additional pillows and blankets.

To follow along the corridor, on the right, the full bathroom, with washbasin, bidet, toilet and shower. Here you will find the hair dryer and some soap, shower foam and shampoo, toilet paper (enough for a day or two, in time to go shopping).

In the hallway you will find a coat rack for jackets and coats and a collection of flyers, maps and tourist brochures, as well as information on the area's restaurants and the house manual.

At the end opens the large living room with TV, sofa bed (140x190), work area with large desk, also perfect for videoconferencing work. In the living room there is the only standard window: all the others are roof windows (velux with mosquito nets and blackout curtains). If you use the living room as a second bedroom you can go dark and create some intimacy thanks to the darkening curtains, which separate the room from the rest of the apartment. In the closets of the living room there is the vacuum cleaner, the iron, and all the things useful to your living room.

Remember that Roby Wood is located in an attic: the central part of the house (hallway and living room) are the highest areas, after which the sloping roof reduces the height. The furniture is designed in such a way as to make the most of the spaces, but always pay attention to the head! :)

In Summer 2024 an air conditioning plant has been added to the apartment. Splits are in the bedroom and the living room (where beds are), while in the kitchen there is a portable fan.Summers in Veneto can be hot and humid, so we recommend you during the day to close the darkeners, in such a way but limit the solar radiation and therefore the internal heat: the cooling will be easier and the environment will thank you!

PERCHE' KEKI?
