Entrando nella zona notte si ha accesso al bagno finestrato; di discrete dimensioni, è provvisto di tutti gli elementi necessari quali doccia e sanitari. 
Proseguendo, incontriamo la camera da letto. Gli spazi sono perfettamente ottimizzati grazie a un armadio a ponte che non sottrae all'ambiente metri calpestabili ma dà la possibilità di riporre vestiti e valige. 
L'appartamento si trova in un elegantissimo palazzo d'epoca. A causa del suo affaccio interno, risulta poco luminoso, ed è per questo che è perfetto per chi vuole vivere la città di giorno e rilassarsi a casa la sera.
