Extra Stay Costs In addition to the rental fee, the following costs apply: - Security deposit, refunded at the end of the stay, provided no damages occur. - Final cleaning fee: €150. - Monthly management fee: €150, which includes: • Assistance for any needs. • Contract registration with the Italian Revenue Agency. • Provision of bed linen, towels, and a welcome kit. • Routine and extraordinary maintenance. • 7/7 emergency support.
