Situated on the 4th floor with an elevator, Libeccio House is an ideal space for 2-3 guests, perfect for both short and medium-long stays. It offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Libeccio House is designed to ensure both comfort and functionality. The space is divided into: Sleeping/Living Area: Double bed, armchair bed for a third guest, sliding-door wardrobe, small desk, and access to the balcony through a French door. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, and a high table for 3 people. Full Bathroom: Spacious shower, bidet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and drying rack. Extra Amenities: Air conditioning, central heating, and a Smart TV. The layout ensures natural brightness, with windows in the kitchen/dining area and a French door in the sleeping area. Extra Stay Costs In addition to the rental fee, the following costs apply: - Security deposit, refunded at the end of the stay, provided no damages occur. - Final cleaning fee: €150. - Monthly management fee: €150, which includes: • Assistance for any needs. • Contract registration with the Italian Revenue Agency. • Provision of bed linen, towels, and a welcome kit. • Routine and extraordinary maintenance. • 7/7 emergency support. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary and the contracts to be signed: - Short-Term Contract: Regulates the payment made on the platform. - Service Contract: Defines the management of the stay by the Property Manager. - Temporary Lease Agreement: Between the guest and the property owner. Before check-in, the following is required: - Signing the contracts. - Registering via the provided link with your personal documents. - Paying the required amounts. Important Notice: The Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) is mandatory for registering the temporary lease agreement and must be obtained at the Embassy or the Italian Revenue Agency within 30 days of arrival to avoid penalties. Other Costs: In addition to the rent (all utilities included), a monthly fee of €150 is required. This fee must be paid in advance for the duration of your stay, directly to the landlord (NOT via Spacest.com), together with the deposit, before check-in. The monthly fee covers: Contract registration Regular maintenance services throughout your stay 24/7 emergency support Waste disposal and recycling services General upkeep of common areas A final cleaning fee of €150 is also required at the end of your stay.
