En los alrededores hay numerosos bares. restaurantes famosos en la ciudad, pequeñas tiendas y dos supermercados. Además, los principales monumentos de la ciudad como son la Catedral, el Alcázar, o la Giralda, están a escasos minutos caminando del apartamento. It’s located on the main floor of the house, even though it’s bright and very quiet, and the original wooden beams that support a high ceiling of more than 3 meters high can be seeing from above. The living room has been furnished in detail contrasting classic furniture with more modern elements, and it has a sofa bed and dining area, and the kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with everything our guests might need. The room has two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90 each and it has a door to a nice interior patio. The bathroom is very modern and comfortable, with shower. Padre Marchena street is one of the quietest in the center and the Arenal area. There are are many exclusive houses with the typical arquitecture of Seville, and also the area is completely safe. Close to the apartment there are numerous bars, and it’s easy to find some of the most famous restaurants in the city, as well as small shops and two supermarkets. In addition, the most importany monuments of the city such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar, or the Giralda, are just a few minutes walking from the apartment.
