RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Massarani 5 gode di una posizione strategica . La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di wifi, lavatrice e riscaldamento.  La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, microonde e lavastoviglie. La zona notte è composta da 1 divano letto matrimoniale e 1 poltrona letto nella zona giorno e da 1 camera da letto con 1 matrimoniale, e può ospitare fino a 4 persone. Recesso anticipato: dopo almeno un mese, potrai dare disdetta con un preavviso di almeno 21 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;

NB solo per i nostri appartamenti di Milano: per le prenotazioni con check-in tra il 04 marzo e il 15 aprile 2025 inclusi, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili.Non è consentito il check out per le date comprese dal 3 al 13 aprile 2025 incluse.Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;

Massarani 5 is an Apartment functional and with a Classic style, suitable for all types of travellers.The Apartment is located in Milano  on the first floor and consists of 1 room . Massarani 5 enjoys a strategic location .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with wifi, washing machine and heating. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and dishwasher.The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed and 1 armchair in the living area and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, can accommodate up to 4 people.Massarani 5 also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

- La permanenza minima contrattuale corrisponderà al periodo di prenotazione su Roomless. Qualora si desiderasse uscire prima del check-out selezionato in fase di prenotazione, si potrà esercitare l'opzione di uscita anticipata versando 1,5 mensilità. Nel caso in cui si volesse fare subentrare un inquilino (sia che lo trovi il proprietario sia che lo trovi l'inquilino attuale) si potrà uscire dall'appartamento pagando una spesa di servizio pari a 200€.In questo caso il contratto si chiuderà il giorno precedente all'ingresso del sostituto. Sarà comunque dovuta anche la spesa per la chiusura del contratto pari a 225€.. In ogni caso, 3 mesi  rispetto alla data di check-out, va comunicata la disdetta regolare per interrompere il contratto alla data stabilita; se non avverrà tale comunicazione, il contratto rimarrà attivo.
- L'appuntamento per l'ingresso in casa dovrà essere prenotato con almeno 3 giorni lavorativi di preavviso rispetto la data d'ingresso di tuo interesse.
