L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2022, quindi tutti gli impianti sanitari, i mobili e gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi. Gli arredi includono un armadio, una cucina dotata di piano cottura a induzione e tutti gli utensili necessari, due tavoli e due sedie, oltre a due letti singoli o un letto matrimoniale a scelta degli inquilini. The furnishings include a large wardrobe, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob and all necessary utensils, two tables and two chairs, as well as two single beds or a double bed according to the tenants' choice. Among the appliances provided are a microwave, a traditional oven, a washing machine, a drying rack, a double-door refrigerator, and air conditioning that can also be used as heating to ensure maximum comfort in every season, even though winters are quite mild. The house, on the second floor of a building without an elevator, opens onto the living area, featuring a kitchen with dining table, microwave and kettle and a living room with a double sofa bed. From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to the loft with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
