E' ottimamente collegato con il centro: basta prendere la linea veloce del tram n. 8. Inoltre si trova a 200 metri dalla stazione di Trastevere per poter raggiungere alcuni punti strategici della città e soprattutto l'aeroporto di Fiumicino. L’ intero appartamento è elettrico.

L’angolo cottura è essenziale con piano elettrico con due posizioni, forno a microonde multifunzione, piccola  lavastoviglie, pentole e stoviglie,  macchina per caffè Nespresso; il frigorifero è molto capiente.

La posizione dell’ appartamento è centralissima nella parte più antica della città, a poche centinaia di metri da piazza Venezia al limite del vivace e trendy quartiere Monti e il palazzo affaccia su largo Corrado Ricci e i Fori Imperiali.

La zona è ben servita da mezzi pubblici( autobus, taxi e metropolitana fermate Colosseo e Cavour). In un locale condominiale al pian terreno è possibile parcheggiare una bicicletta.
