Tutti i confort da smart tv ventilatore a soffitto e aria condizionata con zona soggiorno di 20mq tavolo e sedie per 4-5 persone. Si può inoltre usufruire della cucina per riscaldare una vivanda e porre qualcosa in frigo. Patio esterno di 60mq per stendere i panni e lavatrice. 


La stanza è disponibile per un periodo minimo di 6 mesi e un periodo massimo di 12 mesi.

Single room of 10 sqm with an attached private bathroom, featuring a double bed, desk, and wardrobe outside the room on a private mezzanine, complete with a balcony. All comforts provided including a smart TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning, with a 20 sqm living area equipped with a table and chairs for 4-5 people. Guests can also use the kitchen to heat food and store items in the refrigerator. There's a 60 sqm outdoor patio for drying clothes and a washing machine.

The monthly rent is €500 + €120 for expenses.

The room is available for a minimum period of 6 months and a maximum period of 12 months.

The area is rich in services and strategically located in Rome near the subway.

An Italian tax code is required.

3) cancellation made between the 29th day or less before the Check-in date:

The Bambino Gesù paediatric hospital in Rome is a hospital of the Holy See. It is in fact an extraterritorial area of the Holy See. The hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission International as an academic hospital and is the largest paediatric polyclinic and research centre in Europe.
