Siamo a circa 25 minuti da Venezia, una città da sogno unica con canali e ponti iconici, dotata di storia, il Parco Naturale del Sile e un'atmosfera tranquilla. Oltre a questo la nostra posizione è vicina ad importanti istituti didattici come l'Università IUAV, l'Università Ca' Foscari di Venezia e sopratutto il campus di H-Farm. Additionally, the apartment features a new washing machine and dryer for communal use, as well as Wi-Fi service. The double room includes two single beds with high-quality memory foam mattresses, pillows, bed linen, and a wardrobe. Each room is equipped with autonomous heating and air conditioning. AREA DESCRIPTION The apartment is located in Quarto d'Altino, a quiet and safe town that offers all necessary services such as restaurants, supermarkets, a bank, and a post office. The train station is only 300 meters from the house and provides connections to Venice and Trieste with trains running every 20 minutes. Our location is 50 minutes by train from Padua and 15 minutes from the city of Mestre. We are about 25 minutes from Venice, a dream city unique for its iconic canals and bridges, rich in history, with the Sile Natural Park and a tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, our location is close to important educational institutions such as the IUAV University, the Ca' Foscari University of Venice, and especially the H-Farm campus. NOTICE PERIOD The notice period for termination of the lease is 2 months for stays shorter than 6 months and 3 months for longer periods.
