Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life. In the bedroom area, you’ll find a bed with a nightstand and lamp, as well as a wardrobe with plenty of storage for all your essentials. Your private bedroom also features a table with a lamp and chair, so you can comfortably work or study from home. You wont need anything additional to settle in, and can arrive with just your luggage at hand!Please note that this bedroom has a single bed.
You will be the first to move into our newly constructed apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.
Located in the heart of the exciting Europacity, our modern building makes Berlin living even more special. You will have access to a beautiful courtyard, the perfect place to escape from busy city living and enjoy a moment of stillness. 
This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi.

While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here.                                                     To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). We are offering a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Anmeldung/ Registration is possible.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :)  
Please note that there is a service fee of €100,00 plus a deposit of €950,00 which need to be paid before moving in.

Mitte is the central district of the city and is crossed by the river Spree; the central island is called Museum Island in the northern part and Fischerinsel in the southern part.
