CANONE DI AFFITTO: 
Nel caso ci fossero più di due ospiti adulti (età maggiore di 18 anni compiuti) il canone di affitto mensile 
sarà maggiorato di 100€. 

DEPOSITO CAUZIONALE: 
Deposito cauzionale modulabile: per prenotazioni fino a 3 mesi: 1.100€, per prenotazioni 4-12 mesi: 
2.200€, da versare almeno 10 giorni prima del check-in. 
La cauzione sarà restituita entro 30gg dal checkout salvo conguaglio spese e consumi. 

SPESE CONDOMINIALI: 
Il prezzo mensile include le spese condominiali e la connessione ad Internet. 

RISCALDAMENTO: 
Per i mesi freddi (da novembre ad aprile inclusi) è previsto il pagamento del consumo per il riscaldamento 
centralizzato che sarà comunicato di volta in volta. 

ALTRE UTENZE: 
Acqua, luce e gas: 180€/mese salvo consumi anomali che saranno addebitati separatamente. Per gli affitti 
che non iniziano il 1° del mese o che non terminano il 30 del mese, il costo applicato sarà proporzionale al 
periodo di occupazione su base giornaliera incluse le date di check-in e check-out. 

PULIZIE: 
Al checkout saranno addebitati 200€ per pulizia finale dell'appartamento. 

CHECK IN / OUT: 
 - Check-in dalle 15:00 alle 18:00 e check-out fino alle 11:00 dal lunedì al sabato. 
- Il check-in/out presso l'appartamento prima delle 9:00 ed oltre le 18:00 deve essere obbligatoriamente 
approvato dalla struttura e prevede un costo aggiuntivo di 30€. 
- Il check-in/out la domenica e nei giorni festivi deve essere obbligatoriamente approvato dalla struttura e 
prevede un costo aggiuntivo di 30€.
