We are a lively, friendly 3-person WG with a sunroom, located in a green, peaceful area of Zehlendorf. We currently have 3 rooms available from December 1st. The WG is on Laehr’scher Jagdweg, 14167 Berlin, very close to FU Berlin, making it perfect for students or young professionals.

Located in the vibrant heart of Moabit, this newly constructed building houses 20 shared apartments and thoughtful amenities that make everyday life a breeze. Inside, residents can enjoy a peaceful courtyard, a laundry room for added convenience, and secure bike storage — perfect for those commuting on two wheels.Whether you’re new to Berlin or simply looking for an upgrade in lifestyle, the building’s location is a major highlight. This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped.                                                     We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month.
                                                    To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.

We are offering a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Anmeldung/ Registration is possible.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :)  
Please note that there is a service fee of €100,00 plus a deposit of €950,00 which need to be paid before moving in.
